What we collect
- Account email and name when you sign in (magic link or email continue).
- Messages and quizzes you create, including occasion, tone, avatar choice, and text.
- Engagement events on shared links (opens, reactions, accept/decline, replies) so creators can see how their messages perform.
- Technical data such as browser session tokens stored in your device’s localStorage (
wishynow_token).
How we use it
- To generate, save, and deliver avatar messages and quizzes.
- To authenticate you and track free message credits.
- To show creators basic analytics on their shared links.
- To improve reliability and prevent abuse.
Sharing
Public message and quiz links are intentionally shareable. Anyone with the link can open the experience. We do not sell personal data. Service providers that host our app or database may process data only to run Wishynow.
Retention
Account and content data is kept while your account is active. You may contact us to request deletion of your account and associated messages.
Your choices
- Log out anytime from the site header (clears the local token).
- Do not share private message links if you want them to stay private.
- Contact us via the Contact page for access or deletion requests.
