2. Service Description

WishyNow is an AI-powered messaging platform that helps users generate personalized messages, create shareable WishyLinks, and add voice narration to their messages. The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to change.

3. Credits and Payments

• New users receive 3 free message credits upon registration.
• Additional credits can be purchased in packages as described on the Pricing page.
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WishyNow to:

• Generate harassing, threatening, or abusive messages
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Spam or send unsolicited messages at scale
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of messages you generate. By using the Service, you grant WishyNow a limited licence to store and serve your content for the purpose of operating the platform. We do not use your personal messages for AI training without explicit consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

WishyNow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
